As such, ProFitX has you covered for all 16 games this weekend. Let’s take a look at a few games that will take place over the next two days and analyze the insight the SPP gives.
Saturday, Oct. 22Philadelphia 76ers vs San Antonio SpursOdds:PHI: 65% | SAS: 35%On the surface, the Spurs have gotten off to a solid start at 1-1 on the season thus far. However, they’re a rebuilding team and the Sixers have dominated San Antonio over the past few years. In fact, Philadelphia has won seven-straight games against the Spurs. The 0-2 Sixers have had a slow start to the season, but this feels like the game they begin to get into a rhythm. When just looking at the rosters on paper, Philadelphia will have the three best players on the floor when the game tips off. Dallas Mavericks vs Memphis GrizzliesOdds:DAL: 60% | MEM: 40%The Mavericks (0-1) might seem like they’d be underdogs against the Grizzlies (2-0) today, but the SPP is projecting that Dallas comes out on top. Not only is Memphis going to be playing on the second night of a back-to-back, but it’s also a road game for the Grizzlies. The home opener for the Mavs could end up being a success if Luka Doncic can get scoring help from his new teammate Christian Wood. In Dallas’ first game of the season, the scoring distribution was solid from the rest of the roster as well.Sunday, Oct. 23New Orleans Pelicans vs Utah JazzOdds:NOP: 58% | UTA 42%The Jazz have been the surprise of the NBA to this point in the season, starting 2-0 after trading away their top two players this summer. Even without Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, Utah still has quite a bit of talent, young and old. With that in mind, the Pelicans are also 2-0 and have won by an average of 17 points through their first two contests of the season. The Jazz have been a fun story through the first week of the season, but the SPP is projecting that New Orleans will be 3-0 by the end of Sunday night.Oklahoma City Thunder vs Minnesota TimberwolvesOdds:OKC: 35.1% | MIN: 64.9%It’s the home opener for the Thunder on Sunday, as they host the Timberwolves. These two teams already faced off on Wednesday night in a game that came down to the wire. In that first contest, it was a disaster of a third quarter for the Wolves that allowed Oklahoma City to pull back within reach. For the majority of the game, Minnesota was the much better team. In this second game, expect the Timberwolves to make the necessary adjustments. Their focus will likely be dominating the paint, where Minnesota has a ton of upside offensively with interior scoring while the Thunder are extremely undersized and lack quality interior defenders.
